I. matters needing attention before construction include
1.In the process of transportation and handling, rolling and collision should be avoided to cause plate surface crack or damage;Outdoor stacking, should be covered with tarps to prevent rain, snow wet.
2.During installation, the cement mortar should not be too wet. Too wet cement mortar will cause two problems:
(1) a layer of water and gas film may be produced, resulting in the failure of firm bonding between granite and cement sand layer;
(2) water in the plate is difficult to evaporate, continue to alkalize with the cement, leading to erosion of the plate even crack.
3.Cement mortar must be mixed evenly, mixed uneven mortar itself poor structure, in addition to poor adhesion, in case of load may crack and damage the stone plate.
